Sober coaching is for individuals struggling with substance use, early recovery, relapse patterns, or those transitioning in and/or out of treatment who need continued support.
My approach is very direct in a loving compassionate way. The focus is on structure, accountability, and real-world execution — not just talking about change, but actually living it day to day.
Clients and families receive personalized support plans that include daily check-ins, goal setting, routine building, crisis support, and real-time guidance through difficult situations. If required we offer sober companioning for supervision and ensure the safety of our clients and that their treatment plan is on track.
Yes. Family involvement can be a key part of recovery. Guidance is provided to help families set boundaries, communicate effectively, and support without enabling.
Yes. If required, support is provided in creating a plan, aligning family members, and guiding the process of getting a loved one into treatment. If intervention is required that is also an outlet we can use.
Yes. Client privacy is taken seriously, and all communication is handled with discretion.
Rates vary depending on the level of support required. A consultation is typically the best way to determine what’s appropriate.
No. You just need to be open to change. Commitment is built through action, not required upfront.
